“I’m a newer client to Massage Addict, my last clinic closed and I chose this spot strictly for the location. I’ve had three massage therapy treatments so far and the staff was perfect each time, direct billing is also hassle free. The building is clean, comfortable and quiet. The pricing is a bit higher than what I was used to at other clinics / wellness centers . But they offer a discount for membership which makes it a good deal. However, I can’t seem to apply for a membership on the website and forgot to ask when I’m there so I haven’t gotten this pricing yet.
My only complaint is the website, it’s great when you can create an account to track appointments and past treatments. But I also find it so hard to book an appointment thru this website. Maybe it’s a phone browser thing I will try using my laptop. But I haven’t been able to book follow-up appointments using the website.
Still 5 stars, it’s a friendly business and each visit has been exactly what I was looking for and left feeling much better. If I could manage / sign up for membership online and also more importantly easily book appointments online then I’d give 6 stars 😎

“I had positive experiences with an individual massage therapists, Christine, and the acupuncturists, who were professional and skilled.
Unfortunately, the overall management and customer service fell well below expectations. There appears to be constant staff turnover and, more concerning, the tone and level of respect demonstrated by the owner at the Barrhaven and Hunt Club locations did not align with what is expected as a paying client.
Appointments were cancelled on multiple occasions with little to no effort to reschedule or support for the client. In some instances, responsibility was placed on the client for not meeting contract requirements, even when services were not delivered as agreed.

“Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Very disorganized and rude. Charged me for the wrong service on my first appointment and then gaslight me when I wanted it corrected. Filed insurance improperly without letting me know. Front desk is out to lunch. Only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because the practitioners are lovely.”Read moreShow less

“Visited massage with lots of pain and stiffness in my lower back and ankle. Stacy, my massage therapist did a wonderful job. The massage was perfect and pressure was applied according to requirement.. surely the place *massage addict* does justice to its name. Will surely go back and have the massage done again within a week.

“Feeling discouraged with them as recently they transferred all their files to digital and can't seem to find any of my intake forms or files. When I started to question whether or not my medical files have been destroyed in the process, she mentioned that they likely have the physical ones "somewhere" but that I would have to pay again for an intake appointment. I told the receptionist that it doesn't seem fair that I have to foot the cost when medical files were misplaced from them.
I will mention that I haven't been to the establishment in a couple of years but I still have my account with all of my appointments on there.
I don't mind redoing an intake appointment but it doesn't sit right with me that I have to pay for their negligence. They should have waived the fee for me to have to redo the intake appointment being that they lost my file.
She was nice but really didn't have much to say nor called me back when I asked for an update and also didn't offer for me to speak to a manager or someone higher up.
It's sad because when I did attend this place, I really enjoyed my chiropractor and would have loved to continue to support.”Read moreShow less

“The receptionist we had at yesturdays visit was great. A 5 star for her.
The only issue I do find is the past few visits, the massage is cut short. Pay for 60 and get 45-50 minutes of the actual massage due to being called to the room late.”
