“I've been a client for 3yrs this is the 2nd time massage addict has canceled my appointment without notifying me of the cancelation the appointment was created 2 months in advance I found out about the cancelation by asking to change the date. “First, I never leave bad reviews but felt I had to given the lack of resolution from this business. I have no issue with the RMTs, but I was told I could sign up for discounted massages if I came monthly, I agreed but what wasn’t explained to me was if I missed a month, I would be charged full price for a massage I didn’t even have booked nor attended!! I was given the impression that if I didn’t com monthly, I would just go back to paying the full fees. The “plan” was not properly explained to me and I have written to them multiple times since November with no response apart from “we will look onto it”. “I had an appointment set up several weeks in advance, yet today at 10 am I get a call stating that they can't do direct billing. I tried calling back several times but to no avail. My appointment was with Dr. Kitty the chiropractor, the dr seems to believe its not a issues and just pay put of pocket. The entire purposes is that its direct billing, I called the 2 other locations that the owner owns, they advised they have no issue. This process and last minute issues caused issue and had to cancel due to this. This Dr. Kitty is unprofessional and essentially spoken down to me as money just grows on trees. “I walked in and booked an appointment - my first ever with them - and it was scheduled for 5:30 the next day. I should have read the reviews first! They sent me a lengthy enough form to complete and told me how important it was to complete, which I did. They also included their cancellation policy and took my credit card info to secure the appointment - lol, had I cancelled on them with less than 24 hours notice, they would have charged me the full session fee; BUT they called me at 4:28 (1 hr, 2 mins before my scheduled appointment) to say they were cancelling on me. “Tyler’s shoulder is kind of bugging him.” A great (sarcasm) first impression; and you only get one chance to make a first impression.”Read moreShow less

“Credit card details over telephone!! I had booked my first appointment for tomorrow. Received a call this morning asking for my credit card details to confirm the appointment. I denied. They offered an alternative to go there physically and make a payment to keep the appointment. So I asked to cancel the appointment. Felt like a scam/unprofessional behaviour. “Amazing experience with Tyler. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A friend of mine recommended I try this location out and I’m really glad I did. I had a very enjoyable massage where Tyler walked me through some areas that were giving me grief and made great suggestions along the way. One of them was the dry needling. Sounds a little intimidating when you don’t really understand the process but he was patient and explained it all down to the sensations and feelings I might experience and I’m pleasantly surprised at how great that new adventure was for me. So thank you again Tyler for being so kind and patient as you brought me through a new experience I can definitely see myself continuing with you. Oh also what a lovely receptionist.
