If you require direct billing please note Gillian and Liz offer only Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) and Jennifer offers PBC and other selected extended insurance plans at this time. Iain Little, RMT is unable to accept patients at this time. Please turn your cell phone on silent before entering the clinic. A health history form will be emailed to you upon your first booking and must be completed before your treatment. Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. If you experience any signs or symptoms of cold OR flu please call us to cancel and reschedule at (250)744-1776. We will waive our customary fees for late cancellations if you are unwell. Please understand we may also have to cancel last minute if we have symptoms of illness.
