Initial Physiotherapy Assessment: select this option if you are a new patient to the clinic, seeing a new therapist or have a new injury requiring a full assessment. 30 min Physiotherapy Follow-Up: select this option if you are a current patient (within 9 months) and booking with the same therapist. 45 min Physiotherapy Follow-Up: select this option if you are a returning patient with a new injury and booking with the same therapist. Massage Therapy Appointment: we only offer online bookings for 60 minute massage appointments, for a shorter (30 min or 45 min) or longer (90 min) appointment, please call or email the clinic directly. Didn’t find a time that works? Ask to be added to our cancellation list! Please note we do not accept motor vehicle accidents or WSIB claims. ** To continue delivering high-quality care, a modest price increase will take effect on February 1, 2026 ** Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another person in need of help.
