Reiki Level 1 is all about self-healing. In this 4-class series you will learn the foundations of reiki, how to use and recognize energy in yourself and in your surroundings, you will learn a full reiki self-treatment & meditation. You will be attuned to Reiki Level 1 symbol and receive a certificate of completion. This course is the first step to meeting, feeling and knowing energy work. The 4-week series is $200.00 + HST and we can issue a Naturopathy receipt! I'm looking forward to sharing this with you!
