Please note we require your claim number and date of loss for your ICBC claim. Your date of loss must be within 12 weeks of your initial appointment in order to automatically be covered for treatment. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations without this noticed you will be charged for the full appointment.

Relaxation and body massage by a bodyworker. Please note: this service is not covered by extended health insurance, WSBC, MSP or ICBC. It is perfect for anyone who has used up their annual limits, does not have health insurance or would just like to enjoy a massage!

Free information session regarding the GLA:D program hosted by our physiotherapy McKenzie Summers. The GLA:D program is for people with Hip or Knee osteoarthritis (OA).

FCE to assess and review restrictions and limitations.

GLA:D® Canada is an 8-week education and exercise program developed in Denmark for people with symptoms of knee or hip Osteo Arthritis (OA). This program will teach you the right way to move to reduce your OA symptoms

Choose this appointment if you are a new patient or haven't been in in over 2 months. This appointment is a physiotherapy session with IMS or Acupuncture. The physiotherapist will determine during your assessment whether IMS/Acupuncture is the right treatment for you.

Choose this option to book an appointment for physiotherapy AND Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). This appointment is suitable for initial assessments and subsequent visits. Please note the physiotherapist will determine if IMS is a suitable treatment for you after completing their assessment - they may not treat you with IMS if deemed inappropriate for your condition.

Choose this option to book a follow-up appointment for an injury you have had treated at our clinic within the last 2 months, AND you would like to receive shockwave therapy on 2 areas of the body. Our physiotherapists can only treat one NEW injury at a time - ie you may have to book an initial assessment for your second body part, if they have not previously treated you for it. This treatment option is for FOLLOW-UP appointments only. Please note that our physiotherapists will determine if shockwave is an appropriate treatment for your injury after their assessment. Treatment times vary from 30 - 120 minutes depending on your injury.

Choose this option if this will be your first visit at our clinic, you have a new injury, or it has been more than 2 months since your last appointment, AND you would like to receive shockwave treatment. Please note our physiotherapists will determine if shockwave is an appropriate treatment for your injury after their assessment. Treatment times vary from 30 - 90 minutes based on your injury.

This appointment is for orthotic assessment and casting only! Orthotics price: $525.00 If you plan to seek reimbursement from your extended health insurance provider, please find out the following: -Does your provider cover orthotics? -Does your provider cover orthotics made by a physiotherapist? Or do they only cover orthotics made by a podiatrist? -Does your provider require a doctor's referral? Please note we cannot direct bill orthotics to your insurance provider. Please be aware the typically time it takes for receiving the completed orthotics is 3 weeks from the date of your casting.
