Before You Arrive
We have two entrances. Your reminder email will include everything you need to know about finding your treatment room. We encourage you to take a quick look at it before you head over so your arrival feels easy + seamless.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, including missed appointments, are subject to the full treatment fee, unless the spot can be filled on short notice.

Free street parking is available on neighbouring streets. We suggest allowing a few extra minutes to find a spot so you can settle in + begin your treatment feeling relaxed.

“I’ve had many massages at Metta Massage and Wellness over the years, and they have all been excellent. As a carpenter I’m constantly dealing with tight, sore muscles, and I like a strong massage to dig out the knots, and both Darlyn and Andrew have been amazing — exactly the pressure and treatment I was hoping for. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing, and I always leave feeling like a whole new person. “I had my prenatal massage session with Heather today, and it was such a wonderful experience. She was very professional, attentive, and truly skilled. My back pain felt almost nonexistent after the session — I walked out feeling so much lighter and relaxed. It was absolutely worth it! As a first-time client, I only wish I had known that aromatic essential oils were available upon request, as that would have made the experience even more special. “This is our go-to place for RMT and acupuncture for my husband and I. For years, we were switching to different locations all the time to find the perfect fit for us until we found Metta. A spa-like feel and welcoming atmosphere. Although, we have had to switch RMT's many times, we've never had a negative experience. My husband is picky with RMT's but he will go to any of them here. “What an aesthetically done massage place, calm and welcoming. It's beautiful inside and out. My therapist, Dayna was amazing. She communicated very well. We discussed the goals beforehand. I'll definitely be back for more. There's not much room for waiting. They mention this in their website and to go just 5 minutes before the appointment. They do not offer direct billing.
