“So happy, Thank you Heaven. My glasses finally stay where they should (on my nose ). No charge even though purchased else where”

“The prescription for new glasses was seemingly well done. When I questioned the quality of the lenses and frames, I was told it was 'package' costing $904.00. The quality of the lens and frames was unknown.”

“So, 8 years later, I'm editing my review. In an effort to keep things local for us, I googled Mission Eye Clinic to see if they had any new doctors join their team. I wasn't thrilled with the gentleman we saw when my kids were little, so we've been going to Abbotsford for our eye care needs for almost a decade. Low and behold, I see that Dr. Arsenault is new to their team. I decided to make an appointment with her specifically, and I'm so glad I did. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and was great with my tween and teenager. The clinic isn't pushy with sales, and their front staff/assistants were phenomenal. I returned for reading glasses, and the sales associate was very helpful. Not pushy. For someone who's never worn glasses before, and needed a lot of help, everyone here was a breath of fresh air. We will return to see Dr. Arsenault again!”Read moreShow less

“I recently called this Mission Eye Clinic to schedule an appointment as soon as possible because I was having pain and swelling in one of my eyes, I couldn't even read anymore. They had the closest appointment for about 3 days later; but after putting me on hold, the sweet receptionist told me to come to the clinic right away since Dr. Christina Arsenault was willing to "squeeze" me between appointments to check my eye. I received very professional care from Dr. Arsenault, who went the extra mile with me since she had a full schedule. They have a caring and compassionate team!”Read moreShow less

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mission Eye Clinic, where I was seen by Dr. Christina Arsenault. Her dedication to patient care is truly commendable. Dr. Arsenault conducted a thorough eye examination and astutely identified a retinal tear, even before I experienced any symptoms. Her swift action in getting me booked for emergency treatment highlights her genuine concern for her patients' well-being. It's reassuring to have a doctor like her who goes above and beyond to ensure the best care possible.”Read moreShow less

“I'd give zero stars if I could. Dr. Chong was amazing with our family. Dr. Wang is annoyed by your presence and is incredibly rude. We had a very stressful situation/accident and went to see him and he refused the appointment then would not allow us to make a follow up appointment. He basically fired us after we have been loyally going that clinic since we moved to Mission in the 90's. His staff is great. His patients are treated so poorly. *Edited to add that all of my children and one of my international students has been in to see Dr. Wang. This wasn't our only experience there. When we followed all of the instructions regarding my husband's medical issue I called to make a follow up appointment and Dr. Wang's staff informed me that he would no longer see us as patients. No warning. We were happily seen at another clinic with zero issues.”Read moreShow less

“Unfortunately NOT HAPPY. Basic eye examination charges is pretty high compared to other clinics. The receptionist said it's $75 and later when i was charged it came up to $120. Secondly the eye examination gadgets or machines that are used are too back dated. I mean they are not at all modern or updated. The Chinese Doctor lacks in good communication skills and doesn't really explain things clear or shows that interest in caring the clients. Apart from all I was totally unhappy that he didn't even ask if I was driving back home and used the drops to dilate the pupil. All doctors ask that prior hand because it's a great safety concern. Even the drops were different which was kind of brownish dark coloured that really irritated my eyes. After the eye check up I spend 25 minutes sitting in my car and still I could see lights like stars and couldn't see anything clear. I had to struggle driving my car back home. Be careful when going to this clinic. I mean try to step out and ask things clearer especially when you have an eye test. I'm writing this review for the general public to be aware of such things and at the same time this is not a hatred speech at all. To be honest ; when truths are revealed they could be bitter in many ways.👍🏼”Read moreShow less

“I have been going to Mission Eye Clinic since I moved here 17 years ago - and now I take my kids for their annual exams. The appointments are always on time and I receive excellent eye service. As someone who worked in a cataract clinic before, I appreciate the time and expertise the Dr.'s bring to their work.”Read moreShow less
