Laboratory testing fees are not included in this service and may vary depending on the tests requested. / Our nurse can perform blood draws, urine collection or swabs according to the laboratory requisition provided by your physician. Samples are collected on-site by a licensed nurse in a confidential and professional setting. Laboratory analysis fees are not included and may be billed separately depending on the tests required.
