50 minIndividual counselling sessions consist of a 50 minute one-to-one appointment. The sessions are person centred and focus on each clients individual needs. The frequency of the sessions are determined with Paulina and the client. During the first session, Paulina asks a series of intake questions designed to help determine the clients counselling goals. Paulina specializes in a solution-focused approach, where she works collaboratively with the person on achieving their goals. Paulina has a passion for mindfulness and applies holistic techniques into her practice.
