This package includes an initial 1 hour consultation, an in-depth 3-day digital dietary analysis, a 7-day personalized meal plan, and 2 additional 30 minute follow-up consultations!
This 3-Day dietary analysis allows our dietitian to assess the patterns, quantity, and quality of food consumed by and individual. It will measure total energy (calories) specific amounts of macro and micro nutrients, and diversity.
