Iron IV Infusion
Our IV Iron Infusion service is performed in-clinic and is designed for patients who have been prescribed intravenous iron replacement by their healthcare provider - it is done in conjunction with Dr. Ali our naturopathic practitioner.
Please note before booking:
- Appointment length is approximately 2 hours to allow time for preparation, infusion, and post-infusion monitoring.
- Monoferic® iron is NOT supplied by Mountain Ridge Wellness.
- A prescription will be provided, and you must pick up the medication from your pharmacy and bring it with you to your appointment.
The appointment fee covers the administration and monitoring of your IV infusion only. The cost of the iron medication is paid separately to your pharmacy and is not included in our clinic fee.
Please ensure you have eaten a light meal and are well hydrated before your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arms.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have any concerns prior to your appointment, please contact the clinic before attending.
