1) When you book, you will receive a pending confirmation email. When the appointment is accepted by your therapist, you will receive a confirmation email

2) Your reminder is automated. You will receive a reminder 1 week before & 2 days before your scheduled appointment. It will come by either text or email (whichever you have chosen on your profile). This reminder is a courtesy, and is not to be relied on solely. Please write down your appointment.

3) We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you late cancel or no show to your appointment a fee is charged by your therapist as they see fit.
