“I've had a full top denture for a number of years & a few years back I had my bottom teeth removed. Nanaimo Denture Clinic worked seamlessly with my dentist, came right to their office & had both my new top & bottom dentures waiting for me so I had zero down time & could eat & live a pain free life right away! I needed a couple of adjustments at first which was no problem for them & they immediately got me in. Their front desk staff are very nice & accommodating & always a pleasure to deal with. Denturist Ahmed is so easy to speak with & makes sure you understand everything on every visit. I'm not the expert but his perfectionism shows he is! Oh & every time I'm at his office all the other clients are always smiling & singing his praises so I know I'm not the exception. “I am so impressed with the service I have received here. A few years ago, I broke one of the front teeth off of my denture that was made by another denturist. Ahmed fixed it for me the very next morning so that I could still get to work on time! Today I was having some work done on that same denture, I was told it would take 2 days, but Ahmed had me in and out before noon on the first day! “A definite five out of five. I searched and found Nanaimo Denture Clinic after years of a poorly fitting lower denture and a denturist unwilling, or unable, to resolve the problem. I was met by the friendly and efficient staff, the clean and fresh clinic and Ahmed the Denturist. Soon I got a new lower denture and immediately I felt a huge difference in the appliance. In both the fit but also the smoothness of the finish. I came to realize that it was because of all of the little decisions made, the material choices and processes during the manufacture of my new denture was considered by Ahmed in a way to better his product. Not just a lower denture but a well crafted piece of art. Now, a little more than five years later, and great success with my lower denture it became time for my transition to a full upper denture. Of course I went back to this clinic. The professionalism, the atmosphere, the reception and patience are consistent factors and my new teeth are excellent. “This was my first time getting dentures and I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful. They guided me through dealing with the Canadian denture program and all the other hurdles. The denturist Ahmed explained exactly what and why he was doing throughout the procedure. My dentures were finished quickly. and fit well. By the end of the first week I often forgot I had them in. There were a couple of follow up visits to check fit. These visits were the same, friendly and helpful. One nice touch is that they will email you just before your next appointment to remind you.
