The 30-Minute Intensive is an exclusive training format available only to clients who have trained with us a minimum of 1 year. Your body knows hoe to move now. No warm-up required, no explanation needed - just just 30 minutes of high-output precision training for clients who have done the work. This is not an entry point. It is a graduation.
