Cancellation & No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify NTT to cancel the appointment with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of your treatment. Failure to be present or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged the FULL RATE of the missed appointment.
