Welcome to New Era Wellness! If you are a new patient to the clinic, please select the Initial Assessment option. If you have previously been a patient, but have not been to the clinic in over a year, please select the New Complaint / Re-Assessment option. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your appointment for the first time. All subsequent no-shows or late cancellations will be equal to the full cost of your appointment. This includes new patient exams. We direct bill most major insurance providers.
