Guided breathing practices are used to help release tension, support emotional processing, and promote a sense of balance and clarity. Sessions may include both more activating and more restorative breathing patterns, allowing your body to move through release and then settle into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Carefully selected music supports the experience and helps create a calm, contained environment.
