Cupping-involves creating suction, the skin is gently drawn upwards by creating a vacuum in a cup over the target area of the skin. Each cup usually stays on for five to fifteen minutes.
Gua Sha (Scraping Therapy) –helps relieve muscle pain and tension. Gua Sha is a traditional technique that involves scraping the skin to improve circulation, and helps release built up toxins.
Foot Reflexology– stimulating reflex points on the feet to restore energy and blood flow which helps promote relaxation and support overall health.
Chinese Herbal Medicine–Prescribing natural herbs to restore the body system's and improve health.
