During the initial consultation we address your current health status by analyzing your past medical history, diet, symptoms and lifestyle. Together we will map out your health and wellness goals by creating the foundations of a personalized health and wellness program. After our appointment we create a custom protocol that includes nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, along with herbal and supplement protocols, recipes and other suggestions. This custom plan will be tailored to your goals and needs and will be presented during your second session.
