“Absolutely love this place!! I have tried many different services, gel nails, pedicures, lash lift and tint and they never fail to impress me. Last night my mom and I booked a couples japanese head spa and oh myyy goodness it was like heaven on earth!! Anastasia and Emily were so good!! I was so relaxed and comfortable. The smells of each product were amazing and I felt so good afterwards we didn’t want to leave. My hair already feels healthier. I definitely recommend trying the head spa and many other services. “We are visiting Niagara Falls from Ohio and I've had a severe neckache for 2 days. Those tension aches at the base of my skull are a nightmare! I called around earlier and found this place; within an hour I was on a massage table. Melinda absolutely saved me. The pain is gone! I feel so much better tonight. “Got a mani pedi here (70 min) plus shellac (10 min add on). The appointment took well over 2 hours (an extra hour??) and also made me late to another appointment. This was the worse manicure. I was cut several times, the top coat leaked? So she started cutting the sides of my nails with clippers, also ensuring she cut my skin. When this was called out, the response was “ok”. It’s evident she forgot top coat on the thumb. When this was called out at reception, she provided no actual response. Waste of time and money. *** Update: appreciate the owner personally reaching out and offering a solution and maintaining the business relationship. “I had my first visit to Niagara Elite Wellness and Spa recently! The Spa is impeccable with a tasteful elegant decor. The reception team was welcoming and friendly. My pedicure experience with Olivia was pleasant and relaxing. She offered me a coffee and asked if I wanted my chair massage turned on. It was an added luxury! Olivia has a gentle unrushed touch that is effective and soothing. I left with a beautiful spring pink colour on my happy feet. Totally enjoyable experience . Making my next appointment! “I wish I could rate higher for this fantastic relaxation of a spa and wellness establishment. From the warm welcome as soon as you walk into the front door way, to the warm welcome from Emily who was my person providing my service today. I have visited through the years having wonderful pedicures and manicure s but when I heard they did Japanese head spa massage treatments, I just had to try. My lovely fiance had gifted me with this lovely package and may I say . Niagara Elite Wellness & Spa was over the top. Emily was so kind and welcoming and very professional. From the deep scalp massage, washing and even providing the service of drying after in these chilly conditions. I can not rant and rave enough!. If your thinking of trying, don't think... “I had the Japanese head massage experience here with my daughter, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was calm, soothing and beautifully set up to help us truly relax the moment we walked in.
