Welcome to my online booking page! I am glad you are here. All appointments are offered virtually through online video appointment. Phone appointments are available by request. Regular Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs 10am-6pm (Pacific Time) Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Pacific Time - Vancouver - America (GMT -07:00). To change your time zone, log into your Jane account , select Time Zone from the left-hand menu, choose your preferred zone from the drop-down, and click Save . August Closure: My practice will be closed from August 10th-Sept 7th. Regular hours will resume in September on Tuesday Sept 8th. If you would like to connect with another counsellor or supervisor for sessions while I am away, I have a list of available colleagues and you are welcome to email me to request this list or to request referrals to other supports in the meantime. I look forward to connecting with you in September when I return.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged the full session fee. A credit card is required on file for all bookings and may be charged for cancellation fees. Please send me an email to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
