Please keep in mind a 24-hour cancellation policy is maintained. I understand that situations arise that may require you to cancel your appointment, but please provide at least 24 Hours cancellation notice to ensure I have a chance to fill your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will automatically be charged 100% of the fee for the missed appointment. If the issue continues I will ask you to prepay for your appointments. Please understand that my time, like yours is valuable. If you are sick, even just a little, please reach out to reschedule as I do not wish to get sick, nor expose my other clients or family.
