CANCELLATION/SICK POLICY: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their appointment fee, and less than 24hrs notice the full appointment fee. If you are sick, we require 4hrs notice before your appointment. Please keep everyone healthy and do not come to your appointment if you have any symptoms of a cold or flu. WE ARE MOVING! As of August 4th 2026, you can find us in our brand new space right across the street at 103-125 Wallace St. If you are booking an appointment with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, please book a follow up appointment within 2-3 weeks at the same time. Please note: Katherine Mitchell, RMT, does not take male clients. Pregnancy Massage: Prenatal massage offered is similar to a regular treatment, with a few adjustments for positioning and safety.
