All appointments require a $50 deposit to confirm booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the link being sent, the appointment will be cancelled.
All sales on treatment, products, services and deposits are non-refundable.
We understand that things come up, and you may need to reschedule. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fees up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Since your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a late cancellation or missed visit may prevent another patient from being seen. As such, for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. If you do not show up for your appointment (“no show”), a $50 fee will also apply.
