“With much concern arounnd replacement of my dentures, not having ever done that since I got my originals done several decades before! I consulted some of my own clients whom I knew were the best at what they did in the dental industry and who had nothing to gain from advising me to go to Masato. My wife and myself sing for seniors several times a week and I work with business owners in which I also must convey a ton of information to them. Obviously singing and talking require excellent denture fit!!! I also love to eat apples and peanuts! When I cautioned Masato about the fit he seemed a little concerned as I am bigger than him. He wasn't afraid but was confident which impressed me, so I got him to make me the full set. We had agreat deal of very humerous conversations, he is very professinal and has a great sense of humor! I now actually sing and talk better than I did which was the most important aspect, but mywife and sisters both say I look better too!! One sister who lives in Victoria is going to get Masato to do hers too! I am 76 years young and Masato and I didn't know each other before, he is not paying me or giving me free service for this. Complete disclosure, he did give me a free denture brush!!! I am happy singing and eating my favorite Ambrosia apples and eating peanuts! My wife says the ladies seem a little too friendly at the seniors venues we play at! I have had Masato's dentures over 3 monthe or so, I wish he could fix my memory as good as he fixed my dentures!! I did not have to go back for any adjustments but he assured me to come back if I had any problems at all. I highly recommend Masato snd hid clinic!! “I wish all products and services were as great as what I received from Masato at Oak Bay Denture Clinic. Firstly, he was recommended by my dentist and a friend who is a retired denturist. Secondly, he is very friendly and listened to me. He always had my best interest at heart. After recommending other potential options I could pursue with my dentist, he clearly explained what he could do. After almost two years of waiting for a protodontist to start the work for six times the price, Masato set up appointments and had the work completed to my extreme satisfaction within three weeks! The partial denture fits perfectly and aligns with my natural better than my original tooth. Needless to say I highly recommend Masato at Oak Bay Denture Clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Masato was extremely kind and caring with my mom, who is 100 years old, and super nervous about her teeth and denture. Masato was very reassuring, professional and gently humorous.
