60 minIf you’ve had a Cesarean birth and are seeking support in your recovery, part of your session can be dedicated to gentle work around the surgical area. To ensure your safety, you must be at least 6 weeks post-surgery and have received clearance from your doctor or midwife to begin scar massage. During the session, you’ll also receive personalized guidance on how to care for your C-section scar at home. Please note that scar massage will only be a portion of the treatment—your session will also include hands-on work addressing other areas of tension or concern, tailored to your individual needs.
