“Oak Street Dental was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I went. From booking my appointment to the actual visit, everything was seamless. Joshua was very patient during my initial screening and X-rays, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was also impressed with their technology, especially the 3D scan that clearly showed the condition of my teeth. Dr. Grenier took the time to explain everything in detail, including the current state of my teeth and the treatment I need. I really appreciated how kind and non judgmental he was. Even though my teeth are far from being in great shape (haha!), I felt completely at ease. “I have horrible dental anxiety and their team made it such a smooth and seamless process. Dentist, Hygienist, and assistant were super thorough and informative throughout the whole process. They made the space very comfortable and calm by telling me what they were doing and reassuring me about the process. “I recently had a really great experience at Oak Street Dental. From the moment I walked in, Nubia at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! Rebekah, the dental assistant, was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. Dr. David Johnson was also great; super professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Along with some routine work, he did cosmetic surface fillings on my front teeth, and I’m so incredibly happy with how they turned out. My smile looks so natural! Overall, you can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients and creating a positive experience. Every staff member I came across that day smiled or said hello, which made it feel really welcoming. “I have severe anxiety around the dentist and because of prior traumatic experiences at another clinic, I have avoided going again. My whole life i’ve struggled with fear and anxiety and was terrified to trust a new dentist. however after doing my own research and coming across this clinic i decided to give it a try. I was originally booked with a different dentist, but when I showed up they had changed me to a new dentist, Dr. Grenier. He was amazing. He listened to every single thing i was worried about and remembered the details the day i went in for the procedure. I felt heard and like i was in good hands. He brings a calm, confident, gentle vibe which i really appreciated. He let me be in control, was gentle but fast and effective. the experience i had was completely different than my prior bad ones, which has given me the confidence to continue to go back. His assistant was also very kind and calm. I truly felt like i was safe and the calm energy they provided helped ease me. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and empathy, and for listening and providing me a good experience based on my past. The ladies at the front desk were always kind too, and everyone was so understanding of my anxiety. They let my boyfriend come sit in the room with me and never once made me feel bad for being so scared.
