EVENING, WEEKEND, & STATUTORY HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS: For clients attending sessions on statutory holidays, weekends, or after 6 p.m. on weekdays, please note that the building will be locked and the underground parking will be closed. Your therapist will make arrangements to meet you at the streetside Production Way entrance a few minutes prior to your appointment to let you into the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY & PROCEDURES: Cancellations within 5 days of your appointment cannot be cancelled through our online booking system and, instead, must be cancelled by calling or emailing our office. If you need to cancel an appointment that’s more than 5 days out, you can cancel your appointment online or by contacting our office. All no-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours’ advance notice will be subject to the late cancellation/full session fee. Please note that all cancellations must be made within business (working) hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
CANCELLING COUPLES OR FAMILY THERAPY APPOINTMENTS: If you are cancelling a group (couples or family therapy) appointment, each member of the group appointment is responsible for ensuring that their appointment has been cancelled. If you are cancelling your appointment online, you will be given the option of cancelling the appointment for yourself or for the group. You will want to select that you are cancelling for the group and then verify that all participants have been cancelled (e.g., by logging into each participant’s account). Clients are responsible for ensuring all group members are cancelled to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients may also call or email us to cancel the group appointment.
