Some massage and acupuncture appointments occur outside of regular clinic hours. Appointments after 6:00pm Monday-Thursday, after 4:00pm Friday, and some Saturdays may take place when the front desk is closed. If you have an after hours appointment please ring the front door bell when you arrive. Your practitioner will meet you at the door. Insurance billing will be processed earlier that day for weekday appointments or the following Monday for Saturday appointments. If there is any remaining balance owing for the appointment our team will contact you to arrange payment by phone or online.
