“I went to the shop on Robson yesterday. Staff (two women) were quite rude and unhelpful. They seemed apathetic and condescending when I said I was just browsing. Ended up going to a different place down the road to get glasses and happy I did. Would not recommend this shop.”Read moreShow less

“When I lost a small screw on the bridge of my sunglasses, I went in to ask if they had one—I even said I could pay for it. They fixed it for free! Great service and very friendly.”

“I often go browsing some stores including this Ollie Quinn. Recently my glasses needed some fix, so I just asked to the staffs about it. Even though my glasses are not from this brand, staffs were helping me so nicely. Whenever I go this store they are always welcome and willing to help me. “I’ve been going to Ollie Quinn for about five or six years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience feels smooth from start to finish. I’ve seen Dr. Dan for most of my visits, and he’s excellent. He’s thorough, caring, and never rushes you. Two things really stood out over the years. At one appointment, he noticed a small spot on my eye that had previously gone unaddressed. He took it seriously and referred me to a specialist just to be safe. I appreciated that extra level of care. Another time, when I tried contacts for the first time, he was incredibly supportive. He walked me through everything and sent me home with a few sample options so I could see what worked best.”Read moreShow less

“Great customer service! I didn’t know about this bland but thought I’d drop in, attracted by warm atmosphere. I ended up ordering a pair of sunglasses - the store associate helped with the final decision and made sure it fitted perfectly. I could feel they actually care about customers. Last week, another pair of old prescription sunglasses from different company got broken. I initially went to its original store, where I didn’t have a good experience. Then I tried Ollie Quinn if they could help with simple fixation - and they did, immediately, for free. The most important thing for me was that the sales associate was really nice and welcoming even though it was 20min before closing time.
