“Came in to get my frames adjusted and was helped by Ronnie and Richard. The fit of my glasses is noticeably improved, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and I had a lovely chat along the way!”

“So great! I came here with a pair of sunglasses that were bought elsewhere that needed a small fix. I entered and was greeted by 2 lovely staff members. They were so gracious in helping me. They fixed my sunglasses in one minute. They were both so genuine and kind and hospitable. It’s nice to see that authentic and kind customer service still exists these days. “Really bad experience. I needed help to get a new glasses. My old one broke. They told me to go where I bought the old one. It felt like it would be too much work for them to help me, so they just sent me away. Really surprising, that they don't want more business.
