“I had an excellent experience at Ollie Quinn! Dr. Daniel Heimdahl was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring throughout my comprehensive eye exam. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and shared so many helpful tips about maintaining good eye health and protecting my vision (Also, important things related to child care which i truly appreciate as i needed a reminder). I truly appreciated how thorough he was and how comfortable he made me feel during the entire appointment. The entire team at Ollie Quinn was just as wonderful. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially Jin. I love professional they are and are creating such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. “Thank you Dr. Dan Heimdahl! Patiently and expertly helped me acquire the best vision I've ever had. My vision is atrocious with high myopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. “I’ve had my eyes checked here on 3 separate occasions. Jin is always there to greet you with a bubbly and warm demeanour! She’s also very thorough with everything she does. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Heimdahl, is the best!! Super professional, personable and shows genuine care with his patients. He explains every step of the test, looks at what may be causing the eye issues and tells you how best to treat it back to health. He does this so swiftly by way of asking great questions and is a great listener too. I know this sounds like the bare minimum of what is expected from an optometrist but you’ll be surprised that isn’t always the case. I’ve had an unpleasant experience in a high end branch in London before and never went back! She was cold, pretentious and really bad at getting the right prescription and was getting frustrated as I said the letters were not sharp/in focus. I highly recommend Dr. Heimdahl & Ollie Quinn! “Had an incredibly supportive experience! Ive gone to other glasses spots and it ends up seeming its the same thing but different brand name. Love the colours and uniqueness of the glasses and flexibility. Didnt feel pressured for a sale and it felt easeful. Also not insanely overpriced so it works within the budget of my benefits. “just wanted to write a review as I am very pleased with the service they provide at this store. I bought 2 sets of frames + had an eye exam and it was a straight forward experience. I was very happy with the experience from last year that I wanted to get another frame lens from them again. Went in on a weekday, and was greeted with a smile right as I entered. Tended to my needs and inquires. I wanted the same design frames as my old one and the staff working that day was able to locate the exact frames in different colours. Eventually I bought it without hesitation. FYI- if you have insurance, they can do direct billing on most, just ask and they’ll be happy to help. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at this Ollie Quinn Store. Staff was very wonderful and very attentive. The store layout shows all types of frames in same design and different colours. An eye exam if you need. Nevertheless, I will be coming again in the future for more frames. “I recently walked into the Ollie Quinn location (not even as a customer who bought glasses there) just hoping someone could quickly adjust a pair I purchased elsewhere. To my pleasant surprise, they not only happily made the adjustments but did it completely free of charge—no questions asked, no pressure. Even though they knew I wasn't in the market for a new pair that day, Jin and Jim took the time to patiently answer every single one of my questions. They shared their expertise generously, explained options clearly, and made me feel genuinely valued rather than like a quick in-and-out job. Their honesty, knowledge, and down-to-earth approach stood out in a big way. If you're looking for truly good, honest, and genuine service in the eyewear world, Ollie Quinn—especially with team members like Jin and Jim—should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend! “Jin is the only person in this city who can ACTUALLY adjust a pair of glasses PROPERLY. I swear. I've been to so many different places but when she adjusts my frames, they feel so comfortable and right. All the staff offers great customer service and their glasses are cute and durable.
