Functional Breath Coaching is a personalized, practical approach to understanding how you breathe, how your breath reflects your body’s patterns of stress and adaptation, and how to gently retrain it toward more ease, capacity, and regulation.

These sessions are designed for people who want to improve their relationship with breath in everyday life and specific seasons of life—whether that’s supporting athletic performance and recovery, preparing for birth, improving sleep, or simply learning how to feel more supported in their body.

Together, we explore your unique breathing patterns, posture, rib and diaphragm mobility, stress responses, and the unconscious ways your body may brace, hold, or restrict breath.

From there, I create personalized breath practices and awareness tools that help you build greater lung capacity, resilience, nervous system flexibility, and a felt sense of safety from within.

Rather than focusing solely on performance, this work weaves together breath mechanics, nervous system safety, and embodied awareness to support the way you move through life.

This is not about forcing deeper breaths. It’s about learning how to breathe in a way that truly supports your body, goals, and season of life.
