All appointments require 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments that are not changed or cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% cost of your original appointment.All new clients are required to fill out the "Intake Form" (attached to your confirmation email) at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If intake form is not completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment your appointment may be cancelled.
