“This facility was meant to be a good place for patients health. Unfortunately some of the staff (PSW) are not doing the job they are being paid to do, and when families complain they treat families/ caregivers like a plague. The care sucks, they don’t care for patients they way they are supposed to. They don’t change the patients clothing every day. I wonder if they ever change the bedding for them since families are not allowed in their rooms. I regret allowing them to convince me in sending my husband there. Every time I come to visit him, (my husband) his body odour is always bad. He smells of urine. That shouldn’t be. I am disgusted by Ontario Shores.”Read moreShow less
