I’ve been seeing Carly at Onyx RMT weekly for over a year now, and I can’t recommend her enough. She has made such a difference in managing my chronic pain and tension. Carly is incredibly attentive, empathetic, and really listens to what I need each session. One of the things I appreciate most is that she’s trauma-informed—she’s always mindful and grounding, often keeping a hand on my back as she moves around so I always know where she is. She may not even realize she does this, but it’s something that makes me feel safe and supported. Carly also meets me exactly where I’m at: if I feel like chatting, she’s right there with me, and if I’m quiet, she holds that space with the same care. I've been seeing Carly since she was still in school, and she’s only gotten better with time. She's incredibly attentive, always takes the time to listen to what’s going on with my body, and somehow manages to find all the right spots that need work. Her technique is thoughtful and effective — I always leave feeling relaxed and so much better than when I walked in.
