“Amazing experience today at OPTICANADA EYECARE. I went in today for an adjustment and fixing for my glasses, and they did everything completely free of charge. Honestly, the staff and the manager were extremely professional, welcoming, and respectful. The customer service was top-tier from the moment I walked in. “I purchased two pairs of glasses from this location. Promit was extremely honest and helpful in choosing glasses that matched my face shape and skin tone. He told me when certain frames did not work well with me. Then when coming to pick up my glasses after completion; Moe was very friendly and helpful. Moe took his time to ensure the glasses fit my face well and were not falling off. We had a great conversation about each other’s work.
