120 minThis workshop series (8 hours in total) will teach you everything you need to know about hormonal health so that you can optimize your health throughout your moon cycle. Whether it's having optimal energy and mood; getting the most out of your exercise routine; knowing what foods to eat and when; if and how to incorporate things like fasting and cold therapies; and so much more! By not fully understanding our cycle and all the implications your female hormones have on the rest of your body, you can actually be unintentionally working against your body instead of working with your body, whether that's in your work life, relationships or personal development efforts. Join this workshop series to gain knowledge and the tools to leverage your body's natural cycle and thrive! ** This workshop is intended for women who already have a regular cycle, which means their cycle is within three-day variation (e.g., between 27-29 days). Anything more is considered irregular. If you are interested in this workshop but have an irregular cycle, please consult Alice 1:1 to balance your hormones first.
