90 minThis 8-week postpartum support group is designed for moms with babies aged 3 to 18 months, providing a safe and understanding space to navigate the emotional and practical challenges of early motherhood. Each session includes discussions, guided reflections and skill-building exercises focused on topics such as coping with sleep deprivation, managing the mental load, navigating postpartum emotions and redefining self-care in a sustainable way. Participants will explore strategies for emotional regulation, setting boundaries, releasing guilt and embracing imperfection, fostering deeper connections with themselves, their partners and their support systems.
