**Join the Upcoming Training Program Today!** For individuals, parents, teachers, coaches, therapists and anyone interested in delving deeply into Mindfulness Meditation with a particular focus on promoting inner wellness, balance and stress reduction. This month long immersion in Mindfulness Meditation is ideal for anyone who enjoys learning within a supportive and safe group setting. This course is appropriate for those new to meditation and those with previous experience who wish to deepen their understanding. **What is included:** A weekly 75 minute group session to create a supportive community space for learning and practicing together. Models for working with nervous system regulation, stress release and emotional challenges. A weekly structured course with downloadable materials, audio. Registrants can access the course anytime. All participants will have one year access to the online course that houses all the content, including downloadable audio, guided meditations and transcripts.
