I had an amazing experience at Pan-Zeng Acupuncture. Dr. Zeng is extremely attentive and took great care of me. She always puts her patients first and even sourced an acupuncturist for me when I was on the mainland and required a session. She is also so skilled with TCM if that is the area of interest. Dr Gang Pan helped me with an ear canal issue. I had weeks of no hearing and tinnitus. Antibiotics and other treatments did not change a thing. 4 days after my first acupuncture treatment my hearing was back the the tinnitus gone. I felt very well taken care of. Thoughtful and gentle. Fiona has created a safe and welcoming space. I was experiencing unexplained infertility and within a few months of starting acupuncture treatments I was pregnant. She really has a passion and special interest in this area and it shows.

I began seeing Dr. Pan a year ago. I had a shoulder injury and my arm was almost unusable - could not move it. I tried other therapies, nothing helped. Then I began seeing Dr. Pan, and just from the first session, I gained some mobility of my arm, and with more treatments, I quickly gained use of my arm again, and the pain was gone. Dr. Pan is an amazing healer, and I am very thankful for his treatments. It was amazing how quickly he healed my arm! I have been seeing him for almost a year, and I highly recommend him. Fiona is a genius magician. I had been to three acupuncturists repeatedly before being recommended to Pan-Zeng; been working with the fertility clinic for over a year, trying to get pregnant for almost 2.5 years. Fiona was so kind and understanding, thorough with her analysis (more than any other health care professional I’d been with), reviewing my body temperature charts and all my fertility tests and reading my pulses and hormones. She told me she needed four months to help me and I was pregnant in two and now in my third trimester with the easiest pregnancy of all my friends.
