Most of the visit is hands-on work on the table — you talk through what’s bothering you, then the therapist uses pressure, kneading and stretching on the areas that need attention, and you leave with a sense of what was done and any aftercare notes.

Your booking will include an assessment, massage treatment and home-care. The total time of your appointment is 60 minutes. Please note: Our Student Massage Apprentice is not yet registered and therefore this treatment CAN NOT be submitted to any insurance providers.
