30 Minute Massage Therapy Appointment
Please bring comfy, clean and thin material clothing such as T-shirts and shorts/pants to wear during the treatment. This comfy clothing will be worn during the massage. Here are some examples of clothing to bring: short/long t-shirts, sweat pants, drawstring pants, yoga pants, joggers, tank tops, shorts, etc. Heating pads, table warmer and blankets are used during treatment (unless requested otherwise).
This appointment is available for new and returning clients who are either currently pregnant or postpartum or who might require special consideration related to a pregnancy.

For patients seeking treatment that involves treating jaw/facial muscles from inside the mouth (using a gloved hand). Please discuss any questions with your therapist.
This is a focused treatment used to assess, treat, and mobilize scar tissue and peripheral areas. Myofascial release and other manual techniques will be used to help to increase pliability, range of motion. This treatment can also potentially help lessen the visual appearance of the scar by creating a "functional" scar that is not adhered to underlying structures. Self care will be shown as to how to massage your scar safely and progressively. This treatment is great for post surgical scars and aged scars, within limitation. Some examples are: Top or Bottom Surgeries, Lumpectomy/Mastectomy and reconstruction, C-Sections, laparoscopic and orthopaedic surgeries.
