“Starting off positive, the optometry side of this business is excellent and professional! 5/5 But the eyewear side used to be good a few years back and has since declined precipitously. Through a series of mistakes and ZERO callbacks, I was left waiting for over a month before (on my fourth visit with no results) they seemed perfectly content with my comment that I'd be going to check Costco's glasses selection, instead.”Read moreShow less

“I called the office to order more contacts and the receptionist said I was due for an eye exam before we can prescribe more contacts. I went to eye exam appointment specifically so I can order more contacts. I called the office to order my new set of contacts and was told I had to make another appointment for contact fitting. As the eye exam was for glasses. I never once asked for eyeglass prescription and only contacts! Dr Wilczek was not understanding and will not release my contacts without another appointment and will not owe up to her mistake as I never asked for eyeglasses. Feel like this place is just a money grab, and makes it super difficult to get what you need. Will not be returning!”Read moreShow less

“For the eye exam, professional, pleasant, efficient. Up-to-date tech and procedures. Thorough examination procedures were followed. No hassle or pressure to buy, but all options offered. This is my favorite I have been to in years. When you walk in, it is a business, not a pretentious boutique like other places. They give you your full prescription here without you needing to request all data because they understand it is the expectation and it is the law. “I've been going to Parker Optical for many years now, and I can't say enough good things about their staff and service. I always feel like my concerns and questions are taken seriously, and given the time needed to address them to satisfaction. I'm difficult to fit for glasses due to a wide bridge, and the staff has in the past modified frames to allow a better fit, and hand-ground lenses to accommodate the altered frames, all that for just a few extra dollars. No other place that I've been to were willing to make such alterations or customization. Everyone at Parker Optometry is always friendly and eager to help, and willing to pitch in a little extra (or even a bigger extra) from the optometrists to the knowledgeable and friendly staff of the optical shop.
