“I can't even say how great my appointment was. The clinic is very comfortable and welcoming. The ladies at the desk we're so friendly and knowledgeable. The lady who did my x-rays was so gentle and kind. Dr Palasty was amazing, he took the time to explain everything on my x-rays (which there was not much of because I have no cavities!!) and he was just a wonderful human being. But the cherry on the top of the cake was my hygienist Haley, she did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth, she was so gentle and they haven't felt that clean ever! She had such a beautiful aura and the best part was she didn't ask a bunch of questions when her hands were in my mouth and I couldn't answer them, hahaha!! I would never recommend any other office, I won't go anywhere else, if I moved overseas I would fly back for an appointment!”Read moreShow less

“Type of place that makes you book 6 months in advanced for a cleaning. Got a call 2 hours before I was suppose to go in, after taking time off work. Saying the dentist called in sick. If I was to call 2hrs before my appointment saying I couldnt make it they'd charge me 150$. Got offered a new spot on a weekday which meant id have to take time off again. “Went here a few weeks ago for a check up and had to get two fillings done dr scott was so gentle and made sure I was ok every step of the way and explained what he was doing. Went today and had a tooth extraction he was as gentle as he could be. So glad I started gong here. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to.”Read moreShow less

“6 weeks ago I went to Parkland Dental for a checkup. Dr. Palasty recommended that I get 4 fillings done. I took his word for it and got the work done. Now I'm unable to eat on one side of my mouth due to severe pain when chewing crunchy or hard foods. Flossing is also very painful. I never had any pain prior to getting the work done. There was no pain chewing or flossing before i got the work done! Now Dr. Palasty is recommending I get get a root canal, and crown on the problem tooth. I feel Dr. Palasty intentionally drilled extra deep to get more money out of me for the root canal/ crown. I am so upset and I feel scammed. I wish i picked a different dentist. I deeply regret getting any work done by Dr. Scott Palasty. Beware people. My teeth are in worse shape now, compared to before my checkup. :( EDIT I am responding to The owners response. I was never offered any "free of charge" follow up appointments. Kelsey (The receptionist) was also untruthful about leaving voicemails. Shame on you for not telling the truth. “5*** I can not say enough good thing about Dr. Palasty & his amazing team. We are so lucky to have them here in Sicamous. Whether you are an adult or a child this is the dentist to go to! My daughter was always so nervous at previous places we have been. After we made the move to Parkland dental, she was treated so well by the staff & Dr. Palasty himself, she asks when is the next time she time she gets to go!!! She even won a draw for an amazing electric toothbrush! Needless to say she was over the moon & I don't have to remind her to brush -- she's excited to do it! “I recently discovered Parkland Dental Centre, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment you walk in the door, the experience is great. The reception is very friendly and the office manager is lovely. The office is very comfortable. The dental hygienists are friendly. . Dr Palasty is thoughtful, gentle and discusses treatment with you. I do not have dental coverage and I found their prices to be quite reasonable. If you are in the market for a new dentist, you can not go wrong by checking them out.
