During a Hypnosis session the client is guided into a relaxed state or condition in which the client becomes highly responsive to suggestions. Once the client has reached a level of selective focused attention, positive suggestions are used to modify certain behaviours the client wishes to shift and release any limiting beliefs. Hypnosis helps to break free from negative thought patters and self-doubt. Our ability to enter this unique state opens the door to countless possiblities for healing, self exploration and change.
