Our follow up appointments are ongoing support to track progress and adjust your plan. These are meant to build on your knowledge of nutrition. During these sessions we can touch on stress management techniques, food prep, nutrition, health education and any other questions you may have about your Personalized Health Plan. Essentially the direction we take these calls is whatever you want it to be.
I will address your current health by going over your medical history, diet, symptoms and lifestyle. Together, we’ll get clear on your goals and the obstacles that may be holding you back. We’ll also take a closer look at potential root causes to better understand what’s driving your health concerns.
Using the information from your intake form and food diary, I will create a custom protocol that includes: Meal Plan - week full of recipes, snack ideas and a label-reading guide Food suggestions – what to eat more of, what to cut back on, and why Meal timing guidance – when to eat for better energy, digestion, blood sugar Lifestyle tips – like sleep routines, hydration, stress support, or movement Goal tracking – how we’ll measure progress (gently, not obsessively) Portion guidance – if you want help with how much to eat Weekly goals or focus points – bite-sized steps to keep things doable

Please note as of MAY 15, 2026, the new price is $190. Thank you for understanding. This a 60 min Clinical Running Assessment where your running biomechanics, stride and cadence are assessed. Feedback is provided with video analysis. This session includes a movement screen and education on movement patterns and training load progressions. Please contact to book as Christy will find a time that works to 'go for a run' and can offer these running assessments on either Wednesday or Friday afternoons.

*Prior to the visit, it is recommended that you do not take any medication to reduce dizziness and vertigo (e.g Gravol, Serc or other), so we can assess the source of dizziness accurately. *If you are having a hard time driving due to dizziness, it is recommended that you get a ride to and from the clinic. *It is possible that you may feel a bit off balance and dizzy after the first treatment that it is recommended that you take it easy for the rest of the day.
