This appointment is for a patient that has been in a *new* motor vehicle accident. (ICBC) and is NEW to chiropractic. Your first appointment includes: initial consultation, physical exam and treatment when possible.
Please note that we require written approval from ICBC confirming coverage under your claim in order to directly bill to ICBC.
All visits related to an open ICBC or WSBC claim are not directly billable to extended health care plans, including any unpaid balances not covered through ICBC. A receipt will be provided to you for payment made.
**You will receive a number of online intake forms to complete prior to this visit. Please ensure these forms are complete before your appointment. If you have issues completing these forms online, please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes early to complete forms and please bring all claim information to appointment. All forms must be completed before your appointment may begin.
