This 90-minute session is designed to teach practical and effective techniques for staying safe in real-world situations. You’ll learn the 3 A’s: Awareness, Avoidance, and Action, plus how body language can be a powerful tool for prevention.
The goal? To equip you with the skills and confidence to navigate physical or emotional threats with clarity and strength.
You will have two instructors: Sensei Joel and Sensei Sia. Both are senior instructors from Champions Martial Arts Academy, a multi-award-winning school that’s been empowering the community since 1992.
No previous martial arts experience needed!
